                                 tight jeans (like all
                   the women here)
          exhaling cigarette smoke

inside - just within the double-door frame –
                        plaid tank top
                                   round eyes, the corners
                              slightly slanted – in a sad-like manner (she knows
                                  tears)
          but! What a charming smile – enjoyment –
                                 a mask?
             then again, most smiles
        are genuine if the eyes…
                  agree
  drunk and lonely: guys
approach and break out cell phones to
get her number or
             show narcisstic pictures
all opportunities and fantasies
      of drunken romances
